Should I be concerned if I purchase a 6 year old home with Masonite colorlock siding?

I have a purchase offer on a home. Inspection reveals some loose siding which is warping. Seller's broker stated there was a 20 year guarantee on Masonite colorlock siding. They no longer manufacture the siding. Seller refuses to repair. Is this a problem large enough for me to back out of the purchase?

I also have colorloc siding on my house. It is virtually maintenance free, but we've only had it 6 or 7 years. My question is, even if Masonite doesn't manufacture the siding anymore, shouldn't they still honor the guarantee?
